Our story began when our founder, Bill Whyte, who worked as a carpenter, developed a soothing herbal balm for his cracked and split hands using beeswax and olive oil back in the mid-1990s. This was the beginning of Badger history.

For over 25 years, we have been a pioneer in the mineral sunscreen market, offering sunscreen products made with uncoated zinc oxide and organic, non-GMO, gluten-free ingredients in simple and effective formulations. Our sunscreens are easy to apply and should be reapplied every two hours.
